Deposit Cancellation Policy
The security deposit will be refunded or can go towards your services upon arrival. Please notify us 24 hours in advance of any changes or cancellations to your appointment. If there are any changes in your appointment, we will keep a portion of the deposit. If you cancel less than 24 hours of your appointment there will be no refund of the security deposit. All Lash and brow deposits will be non refundable.
Nail Repair Policy
We know accidents could happen, but you can always talk to us with confidence. Our seven days service warranty policy will cover you for any such problems with no charge if its not caused by the service we provided. If your gel polish is chipping or peeling, we could do a touch-up or re-polish depending on the situation or its condition. If your acrylic nails are chipped, lifted, or broken, we will repair it to achieve your satisfaction. Changing a color, Shapes, or nail designs will be charged as a new set.
